Another vote for Brooks Brother's shirts. While their normal retail price can be expensive to some, during their seasonal sales, you can often get the shirts for around $40 which is a good value. I like their slim fit shirts.

Also Nordstroms own line of wrinkle-resist/free shirts in a fitted cut are pretty good quality and are a little bit cheaper than BB. Currently it's the anniversary sale, so the Nordstrom-brand shirts are $39.
