I stayed last fall at the IC Financial St, and I enjoyed the place.
Room was spotless. Got a good upgrade even if i was not RA at the time.
But traffic jams to get downtown were a nightmare, and this looks to be the case everywhere in Beijing.
That's the reason why I am inquiring about the IC Beichen : I heard it is a few minutes walk from a subway station (a brand new line builded for the Olympic Games), and also have direct access by train to the airport.
