Perhaps Z fares actually being used are post the (revised!) SWU issuance which is why the rules say SWU is OK. Perhaps UA has had a general change of heart and has decided to throw a few goodies our way. Remember a Z (yes, business) fare is sitll heaps more than a Y (discounted) fare.

I've started to see Z availability be non-zero in the Aus-US market too.. now, where is the fare to go with it?
