That pesky business class "Z" shows up again.

As you say the cert. has no allowance for "Z" printed on it in fare classes permitted. And your latter reason might well be the correct one. I'd be printing out THAT webpage if you plan to UG though, as agents at gate will usually go by what is on Cert.
