3 rentals this past weekend at PDX. Two were from Avis - receipt showed 10049 miles earned both times. The Budget rental did not. Big surprise - Budget's CSRs could not help me and could not tell me how many miles I would be awarded.

When I called Budget's customer service number, it was about 45 seconds before I was told to "Call Delta." Well, Medallion CSR advised me to fax in my paperwork (still have my original rental confirmations and reciepts, of course) if the miles don't post within the "4-6 weeks."

I'll be calling Budget back today to verify there were no discount codes in my reservation and that PDX was eligible for the promo.

In the meantime, I suggest avoiding Budget at PDX and just paying the $3-4 extra for Avis.
