IC Financial St probably is getting better, but I can tell you now it was a mess at the beginning.

We have been given two dirty rooms, when we refused, it seems a "common practice" at that time, nobody work in that hotel is suprised.

It really depends on personal experience on individual hotel. I have been in a 150 minutes traffic jam when finishing a business meeting in the city centre and trying to get back to IC Financial St. That's what I mean avoid trafiic. It can be very bad, but purely depends on day and time.

I won't stay in IC Financial St the night before I fly back to London, especially if its a early flight (as most of them are), it's just too risky to miss the flight due to traffic.
