I would only be concerned about the Ground stuff. Only a very small minority of the cabin crew is organized in Vedri, most are in another union called UFO.
You're right. But when ground staff will not be on service, this summer could end in a nightmare for LH when not only CityLine and Eurowings pilots are on strike and as ground staff involves service, ticketing and maintenance.
But I am quite confident that they will find an agreement soon. It's a game, even if the pax have to suffer from this. But LH and unions/staff know that they are in tough competition with other airlines and therefore I doubt that this battle will take too long.
