2 names on a reservation
Folks, of late we've had a problem with this at Marriott (although I think I have it fixed for a recent booking). If there are 2 different names on a reservation, make absolutely sure your name is on your own bill if you want the rewards to be credited.
Your name and your Marriott account number have to be on the registration and on the bill. Verify when you check in and when you check out.
