This is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard about and I am wondering, if one should contact the EU or other places dealing with fraud and misconduct.
What is the BBB? Of the 2 flights that they have STOLEN the miles from my account, only one is intra-US.
I'm really very annoyed at this. Everybody ask yourself this. Would you be happy if Flying Blue just removed miles from your account 9 months after they'd posted because they mistakenly believe you didn't fly those flights. Not only that, but they didn't even apologise or even tell you about it?
I want to take this higher but I don't know where to go.
