well, I know it sounds funny, but even with a mere 0.01 GBP as consideration they would have had a harder time to just cancel the tix.
Oh well, we had fun although I do think the email is pretty poor. Not even addressed to me by name and the " we'll accomodate you at the normal fare" line...
