Call them. They will be very straightforward whether they can accommodate your trip. I ordered something on backorder that arrived within a week.
I have taken the skytrain through lhr (n=1) with no questions.
Wound up emailing. I did point out that it was frustrating to have the site say "in stock" and then have no idea of what that really meant.
Got the SkyTrain in midnight. It is suppose to arrive tomorrow. I will load it up and haul it around the neighborhood to see if I can make it work. (I am a wheeled fan!)
