At least you are dealing with a reputable organization that should, in theory, respond to the request for no more calls.

Instead, you could be dealing with an alleged mortgage refinance outfit, with a call originating from somewhere east of the middle east, but your call waiting displays a Canadian area code, and the caller says he is in California. Those are the calls that are reaching my cell phone.
