I've tried Charles Tyrwhitt non-iron shirts and I found ordinary shirts much more comfortable to wear. I also tend to go for fine cotton shirts to keep me cool.

Can also say that if you have the shape for them, slim-fit shirts are very flattering and look much better than standard-fit shirts.
