Just on room charges - never saw that and sounds pretty ridiculous. The room then isn't $200, it's $240.
They said room rate. I'm going to take a look at the folio tomorrow. That sounds way out of wack to me. I've only seen service fees outside the US, usually in Asia in lieu of tipping.
