Richmond, VA -- can you rent a car at the stations?
I have some business in Richmond the next few months, and it may make some sense to travel there by train sometimes. But I probably need a car to get around town once I'm there. There seem to be 2 train stations in Richmond: are cars easy to rent at either location?

BTW, it is a shame that Amtrak doesn't bother to make any of this practical, common sense information available on their website.
