Yeah, the reaction to my proposal to close down the religious traveller forum was an eye-opener to me. It told me that closing forums is well neigh impossible.

So that being the case my own personal standards for creating a forum have risen a little. From like a 2 to a 3 on a scale of 10.

As for the seniors forum, I agree that it is off to a slow start. If action doesn't pick up there in the next 6 months or so I'll try to shut it down. But if so I predict that will end up like my experience with religion: hey, I don't post or participate there, but I still read it and want it...
