I was in the Air China lounge in May. It is a cavernous, fairly dark room with plenty of seating. There were beverages and some snacks available--including a weird selection of pre-packaged sandwiches. While they had a large TV on, unfortunately they were only shown old cartoons! On the plus side, there are some computers available for online use.
As I recall, there were a number of duty-free shops in this concourse. The nice thing abouit this terminal is that since so much traffic has moved to the new terminal, there are now far fewer people and no crowds to contend with.
