Have Platinum since beginning of June.

Flew end of June:

MXP PRG U - immediate upgrade and regular C meal (had VLML ordered)

PRG JFK U - gate upgrade and brought-in VLML

JFK PRG U - check in upgrade, regular Y VLML meal on C tray with PERSISTENT AND CLUMSY excuses that make me feel going in lavatory while meal served... and NO extra regular C main course meals... (deserts, cheese etc were abundant and available anyway)

PRG BEG U - gate upgrade, brought-in VLML

No papers to sign.
