Thanks, KVS. This confirms what I can see on the KLM website ... it is a very weird seatmap, as if a bunch of rows are missing.
This is really funky. Just called KLM again, and the agent I spoke to confirmed that my FB number is in there correctly, and once again tried to assign me a seat in row 11. She indicated it had stuck, but when I go back to the KLM website, it indicates that it was refused again ....
Oh well, the mysteries of KLM's computers.
