It does. I called KLM, and the agent on the phone tried to put me in row 11, but somehow could not get the reservation confirmed, even though she stated that I was entitled to it because of status.

I will call them again tomorrow or so, once my ticket is issued ... shouldn't make a difference ... but who knows.
