Isn't the QF safety motto along the lines of "Never lost a Jet Airframe" Especially since they spent a fortune repairing an essentially scrap 747 after it parked up in old BKK's golf course(1999), just to keep that record?

But, in regards their safety, it's on par with any major flag carrier.
