All my flights have posted.

My guess is that the COS bonus is automatically credited for July 6 flights, or later. For earlier flights, the COS bonus has to be manually entered. If the flights are not entered, then one (as I did for some of my pre-July 6 flights) had to email Aeroplan, to request action on this issue.
