F and J get Movenpick...poor Y pax get some 3 star ( Gulfgate?)but closer to town. Movenpick is a 3 minute drive next to airport but a very nice modern hotel. If your transit is long enough you could score Breakfast, lunch and dinner depending on length of transit. GF treats discount J and F equally in nearly all cases as full fare in those classes. I mostly travel in discount F (A) and full J internally and never been denied an STPC even for a 4.5 hr transit(admitedly that only happened once-and was offered that by lounge staff thinking I wouln't get an STPC for that short time)
