I've a friend coming to Sydney (on QF, just to keep it on topic). We have a tradition that we always go out for a pub meal and we always get chicken fillets/nuggets/wings (and therefore the inevitable comparison).

Are there any recommendations for good pub food (hopefully not an oxymoron in terms) in Sydney? Preferably in the CBD.
