From what I've heard a couple will go back to Boeing...either 2 or 3.
They will have 20 lines of scheduled 717 flying.
Beyond that:
(a) They need an aircraft for an operational spare and scheduled maintenence needs.
(b) It sounds like they will keep two 717's for charter work.
If both (a) and (b) are covered by two aircraft, that means 22 717s stay and thee go back to Boeing.
If (a) and (b) are considered separate missions, then 23 stay and two go back to Boeing.
