5 minutes later I had her itinerary and I was on the NWA site and see the flights were all available in the 240,000 miles for business fare class. I don't have that many miles on NWA and none on KLM, but I have tons on DL. I called DL SMS and tried to book the flights using DL miles, but the DL rep shows they are NOT available. She said that she thought she should have the exact same inventory available to her as NWA/KLM have. Any ideas?
