We will be arriving NRT on JAL flight 782 from PEK at 7:50 PM connecting to JAL 6 to JFK the following day at 11:40 AM. We are flying U (business calss mileage award)

Do we have to pick up our luggage on arrival to NRT and check it in the next day when we check in for flt 6 or will they be held and transferred directly to Flt 6?

In addition are there any suggestions for an overnight hotel at NRT airport and any lounge available suggestions for NRT?
