Some things DanTravels didn't cover:

No champagne aboard the flight.
Hawaii is part of the 50 states, so no customs video (unless you're speaking customs as in traditions, in which case, also no).
No Hawaiian music when you board. This ain't Continental.
The only airline that offers lounge access with a premium ticket to Hawaii is Continental AFAIK.
