QF onboard duty free - return of faulty product
I bought a travel clock recently on a flight to LHR but after 1 week it stopped working. I tried to return it on my return flight to SYD but the FA told me they had no responsibility to do returns and that I had to contact the manufacturer. Somehow this seems wrong - if I had bought it in a regular shop I'm sure I could have just returned / exchanged it --- perhaps I should post it to Customer Service or maybe Mr Dixon himself.
