Before I waste my time phoning the ICC, can they check the taxes after a booking has been ticketed?

I could have sworn they told me £112 last week, but my credit card has been charged £134... should I query it? I didn't write down what they told me (stupid me) but the figure £112 is stuck in my head for some reason.
