I don't know what your expectations were.
OZ C lounge is still a great lounge as a C lounge goes.
It generally has more food choices than other C lounges around the world.
And the quality is good.

I've only ever been to the Asiana C lounge in ICN, which isn't so great. Definitely change to F! The OZ ground service is great, but the (business) lounge is just ok. Decent selection of drinks, but food isn't great.
Go for F!
