United does not operate 3-class 757s. (UAs only 3-class aircraft are 747s, 777s, and 767s. Although UA also operates 2-class 777s and 767s.)

United does sell C on 757s that are continuations of 3-class international flights.

The above poster is correct that a passenger ticketed as C would be seated in F.
