MSP-HNL Nonstop First Class Questions

Aloha All,

To celebrate getting laid off 3 times in 5 years, I am going to take some well-deserved time off, and have decided to try the Northwest Airlines nonstop from MSP-HNL in paid First Class(have heard wonderful things about it).

Any help with the questions below is most appreciated - (I normally fly AA, however they have dumbed down the service on this route to the point its embarasssing),

This is a lot of questions, so plesae don't feel you need to answer them all - I apprreciate any constructive comments in any format...

Questions:

1. Are Mai-Tais still available?
2. If so, are any offered at the gate in MSP?
3. Are actual menus distributed?
3b. Is there a separate entree from the actual salad?
4. Are ice-cream sundaes offered?
5. If so, are they pre-made (the sundaes)?
6. What types of entrees are normally offered?
7. My understanding is that there is a pre-arrival snack offered prior to landing in HNL. Can you briefly describe it?
8. Is there Hawaiian music played during boarding in MSP?
8b. Is there a pre-arrival Hawaiian Customs video shown?
9. Is there in-seat video on demand, or is there just 1 movie on the screen (i.e. no choice of what to watch)?
10. Is champagne available during the flight?
11. Recommended seat for most amount of quiet?
12. I am not a member of World Club, however, I will be purchasing an F Class fare (approximately $1600 one-way). Will they give me access (on departure day) on this type of ticket?
13. Is it true that the seat on the A-330 can recline to a "lie-flat" position, so that it seems like a bed?

Mahalo and Thank You for all of your help.
