They've called me I think twice in my traveling career, and this answer seems to be the way to get them to stop calling:

'Sounds like a great deal, really, and if I wasn't a business traveler I'd probably go for it but I have so many points in various hotel chains (just in case they know how many I have in HHonors, which isn't that many in comparison to SGP and ICH for me) that my main problem is finding time in our schedule to use them.'

This generally puts them off for a year or more.
