It turned out that I won't be able to access any of the lounges anyway: they are all airside in the internationl terminal, and I will have to collect my luggage and clear it through the customs on arrival because my onward flight leaves from the domestic terminal.

I will book a room at the Ramada hotel: this looks like the most sensible option under the circumstances.
