That's right. It's the 0820 LHR-ATH flight which is on the A320. The late morning and late evening flights are on the 767.
Assuming that you can (i) pre-select seats, and (ii) have checked that decent seats are left to select, then I would take whichever flight fits your schedule.
I would agree with Cyba that a late morning 1145 departure would be far more civilised, with a proper Band 4 lunch and time to spend in the lounge.
I don't like 08xx something departures. Having said that, the evening flight with a 0235 arrival into ATH is just as evil.
