Two months ago I purchased a laptop from dell through the BA store but using his CC and payment address. I've still not receieved any miles for this purchase. I contacted BA today and they said they would look into if I sent a copy of the receipt.
However the receipt does not have my name on it at all, just that I went through the BA store to claim the miles. Am I likely to get the miles credited to my account?
I'm no expert but I would say that if you clicked through from your account into the BA Estore then went onto to purchase, they will credit in your account. FYI - My Dell purchase took 2 months to post miles and that was after chasing them! (The Estore advises to wait 40 days for miles to post) - after that you can fill in a missing miles claim form which I had to do.
