Worth mentioning that when I tried to cancel a Dell order through the BA site I was told that I was a "business customer" and had no rights to cancel.
In the end I got them to see sense and I got the miles too (4x1012, nice).
So worth sending the receipt off anyway? They won't try and cancel my Clib membership will they if this is against their rules?
