I was intrigued by this thread since some people were having success while you were not. I replicated the search for F travel on May 20 IAD-SEA and I got different results by changing one variable:
number of flights displayed per leg. I changed this from the default of 10 to 20 and got availability where there had been none when 10 was selected.
The system also selected 11:00 AM as the default departure time because that was approximately my local time when I searched for availability, but that is perhaps another variable you could play with. Good luck.
