It sounds as though you are arriving BKK, staying for a few days then hoping to fly to LHR. Maybe check prices on TG's website, ITA, then get a quote at the ticket counter at the airport when you arrive and you'll have some guidelines. Then maybe check with a travel agency or two in town, there is probably one in your hotel.
