I just did a random search and I found first class seats on UA 491 IAD-ORD then ORD-SEA on UA331 for May 20. It was just one of the dates I found seats for.

However, I think you'd be happier if you tried to do ORD-SFO-SEA because ORD-SFO is frequently served by a 3 class international 767-300 which in business class, has C+ and lots of room.
