There are a few places in the world I will never stay at again and the PH Melbourne is one of them.
The service was abominable- arrogant and unresponsive to the many problems. It's a shame but it must stem from management. What amazes me is that with all of the negative comments out there about the hotel why does management do absolutely nothing???
