The flight to DXB leaves from 2F2; the AF lounge in that terminal has showers, but I have never used them, so I do not know if they are available in the evening. You would need to have SkyTeam Elite Plus status or be flying in a premium cabin to access the lounge. For a 15 hour layover, I would probably take a day room at one of the hotels, Sheraton for an upscale property, Ibis for a cheaper one.
