I suspect if the trend towards moderating oil prices continue AirTran will jump on these routes you just mentioned and then some. If oil climbs back to $147 next week again, then forget it the oil bubble hasn't burst yet. My guess is oil inventories will continue to grow and the price per bbl will continue to fall. It has to happen eventually because oil refineries are cutting back on production of gasoline. The route cuts mentioned at the beginning of this thread are already devastating to me.
