Now i understand on the return trip crew are probably tired, but it showed me just what a difference it can make to the flight, in terms of setting the tone.
Having just flown LHR/LAX i had very pleasant concierges but they didn't do anything except chat me up. I remember when the Maitre de Cabine on Swissair could make travel reservations for you, book a car, hotel, have groceries waiting for you, book a table at a restaurant....this would be a good idea for this program. Othwerise, most BP pax are pretty well versed in traveling and don't need too much advice; we do however need things prepared for our arrival that we may not have been able to get done as the door tothe plane was shutting.
