Front desk tell me that manager isn't available on the weekend, but I can get a feedback card (which they will probably throw in the bin after I check out judging by my experience so far). I have a very early red-eye checkout on Monday so won't be able to catch any 9-5 managers.

Phone +852-2317-3300 is regrettably only in Cantonese.
