I have gone to Babylon for a massage (2 hours I think). You have to pay to get into the sauna, but not much, and the massage was really not that expensive. I then went for a dip in the pool and had a nice dinner. If Thai boys are your thing you can also cruise the sauna. Makes for a very nice evening. The guy giving the massage was very professional. The second one started professional but seemed to like hairy bodies so "snuck" a few gropes in, but nothing offensive.
