Personally, I'll just stay an extra night in a nice hotel room if I want to catch up on some sleep or get extra rest.

Paying 5k+ for what amounts to a good nights rests and some fancy food seems quite ludicrous, unless the passenger is so rich that said fare is easily affordable to them.
