We've actually bought a few pieces on the ship, but nothing that even came close to exceeding three figures. Of course, for what we paid, they were artists we'd never heard of, but we thought they would look nice in our living room and we were decorating, since we had just moved into a new place. Alas, no "Dogs Playing Poker" for sale. Needless to say, no profit motives were involved.

It's lots of fun watching people pay tens of thousands for artists that they haven't heard of because someone told them that they are worth even more off of the ship.
