That's good to know, thanks for sharing.

I'm particularly interested in hearing that because my sister has 180,000 miles at stake in two issued business award tickets from Hong Kong on UA at the end of this month for my sister's college graduation. If SARS worsens or persists with no sign of letting him, my parents fear they may have to cancel the trip.
